Darlene has over 15 years banking experience having served in management roles with large banks. In 1992, Darlene founded Loan Administration Network Inc., a staffing company headquartered in Orange County, California. As President & CEO, she built a virtual empire from a $3,000 investment and lead this innovative organization to greater success with her indomitable will to make a difference to both the individuals and the clients she served. Darlene is a two time recipient of the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award and debuted twice on the INC 500 list as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Darlene has been featured in the Orange County Register and the New York Times, and has made guest appearances on KNX News Hour 1070AM radio and cable television Heartbeat of the City.
Darlene is an accomplished author with ten books to her credit covering commercial real estate lending from the loan approval process through loan documentation, loan servicing, workouts and foreclosure. Her training webinars and customized training programs have been widely recognized by financial institutions and banking associations nationally and the International Association of Continuing Education and Training.
In 2007, Darlene became a member of Vistage, the leading international organization for CEO’s, Presidents, Business Owners and Senior Executives. She has served as a Director and Chairman to develop great leaders who have championed the vision, executed the plan, and created amplified results. Darlene is an active member of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
